Contact Us
Email [email protected] and a member of the editorial team will read it. We aim to reply within two business days. This page explains what we can actually help with, what belongs with the casino rather than with us, and how to send a correction that we can act on quickly.
We are an independent comparison site covering crypto casinos that accept US players. We are not an operator, we do not hold player funds, we cannot access anyone's casino account, and we cannot release a withdrawal. If your message is about money sitting at a site, read the section on account and payout disputes first — it will get you to a resolution faster than we can.
What to email us about
- Corrections. A bonus that changed, a wagering requirement we listed wrong, a coin that is no longer supported, a site that has started restricting your state. Include the casino name and, where you can, a screenshot or a link to the operator's terms page.
- Your experience at a site we rank. Payout timing, verification requests, bonus terms applied differently than advertised. We do not publish reader submissions as testimonials, but they feed into what we re-check.
- Questions about our research. Why one site ranks above another, what a rating covers, how we treat rakeback versus a deposit match.
- Suggestions for coverage. A casino you think we should review, or a topic — wallet setup, network fees, no KYC limits — we have not addressed clearly enough.
- Commercial and press enquiries. Use the same address and mark the subject line clearly.
Our commercial disclosure, stated plainly
Some links on this site are affiliate links, and Bitcoin Casinos may earn a commission when a reader signs up through one. That arrangement does not buy a position in our rankings and does not change what we write about a site's drawbacks. If you ever think a review reads like it was bought, say so in an email — that is a message we want.
Account, payout and bonus disputes: who to contact
Offshore crypto casinos handle their own support, and no third party can override them. Work through this order:
- The casino's live chat or support email. Have your account ID, the transaction hash for any on-chain deposit or withdrawal, and the date and time ready. A TXID settles most "did it arrive" questions on its own.
- The operator's complaints or escalation process, usually set out in its terms.
- The licensing body named in the site's footer — typically Curaçao or Anjouan for sites serving US players. These regulators handle complaints, but the process and the outcome are not comparable to a US state gaming commission.
- Then tell us. We cannot arbitrate, but a pattern of unresolved payout complaints affects how we rank a site.
Before you write, check the usual causes
- A pending deposit is often just confirmation time. Bitcoin can take several confirmations; Litecoin, Dogecoin and stablecoins on faster networks usually clear sooner.
- Sending a coin on the wrong network is the most common way funds go missing. USDT and USDC exist on several chains, and the address format alone will not save you.
- A blocked withdrawal is frequently a bonus still in playthrough, or a withdrawal limit on your VIP tier.
- A sudden ID request at cash-out is normal even at sites advertising anonymous play; most reserve the right to verify.
Sites we cover and what a message about each usually concerns
Three of the operators at the top of our rankings generate most reader mail, so it is worth saying what each is and where it falls short. Every offer below carries conditions, and the operator's own terms are the version that counts on the day you deposit.
BetPanda — cashback rather than a front-loaded match
BetPanda sits top of our list, rated 10.0 editorially, largely because its headline promotion is 10% weekly cashback rather than a large deposit match wrapped in heavy playthrough. Cashback returns a slice of net losses, which is simpler to reason about than a bonus balance with a multiplier attached — but check the qualifying period, the minimum loss threshold, any cap, and whether the credited amount itself carries wagering before you assume it is withdrawable. The limitation: a weekly rebate gives you far less upfront bankroll than a 100%-plus match elsewhere, so high-volume players chasing value at signup may find it underwhelming. It also means the value arrives only if you have lost money, which is not a reason to lose more.
CoinPoker Casino — a poker room with a casino attached
Rated 9.9, CoinPoker earns its place because its centre of gravity is real poker traffic, which matters for readers in states with no legal online poker at all. The advertised welcome is a 150% bonus up to $2,000; as with all deposit matches, the material terms are the playthrough multiple, the time limit to clear it, which games contribute and at what rate, and the maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active. Breaching any of those can void the balance. The limitation: if you have no interest in poker, the casino side is narrower than dedicated slot-led sites, and bonus clearing rules on a poker-first platform often work differently from straight slot wagering.
Cryptorino — a Bitcoin-denominated match plus ongoing rebate
Also rated 9.9, Cryptorino pairs a 100% match up to 1 BTC with 10% weekly cashback, which suits players who want both a launch bonus and a running return. Note what "up to 1 BTC" really means: the ceiling is denominated in Bitcoin, so the dollar value moves with the market, and a bonus balance held in BTC can shrink in USD terms while you are still clearing it. Wagering requirements, expiry and game weighting apply to the match. The limitation: stacking a match and a rebate usually comes with rules about whether they can run at the same time, and a BTC-denominated promotion is the least predictable kind if you think in dollars. Playing in USDT or USDC removes that particular swing.

Ratings are our editorial assessment, not customer review scores. Every figure above is the operator's advertised headline; none of it is withdrawable cash until the attached wagering, time limits, eligibility rules and caps are met, and maximum bet restrictions usually apply while a bonus is live. Bonus terms change without notice — if you find one of these out of date, that is exactly the correction to email us.
Questions about deposits, withdrawals and fees
A large share of reader mail is really about mechanics rather than any one casino, so here is the general shape. Money moves on-chain, from a self-custody wallet or an exchange account, in BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, DOGE and whatever altcoins a given site lists. There is no card, no bank transfer and no chargeback.
- Cost to take part: the casino usually charges nothing to deposit, but the network does. Ethereum gas fees vary with congestion; Litecoin and Dogecoin are typically cheap; Bitcoin depends on mempool conditions. Stablecoin fees depend entirely on the chain you send over.
- Confirmation times: deposits credit after a set number of confirmations, which the site publishes. Withdrawals have two clocks — the operator's internal approval, and then the network.
- "Instant" withdrawals: an advertised speed, not a tested one. Manual review, a first cash-out, or a large amount can all add time.
- Limits: minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by coin and often by VIP tier. Check before you build a balance you cannot move in one go.
- Price risk: a balance in BTC or ETH can fall in dollar terms while you play or while a withdrawal is pending. Holding USDT or USDC avoids that specific exposure, though it does not remove the risk of losing what you bet.
Enable two-factor authentication, keep your own wallet keys off the casino, and never send funds you are not prepared to lose.
What you can play, and the other products these sites run
If you are emailing to ask whether a site has what you want, the categories break down roughly as: slots from third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and similar providers; table games including blackjack, roulette and baccarat; live dealer rooms streamed with human croupiers, where Evolution is the name most often listed; and in-house originals — crash, dice, plinko and similar provably fair titles where you can verify the result seed yourself. Provably fair applies to originals; third-party slots rely instead on RNG certification and studio-level audits. Neither changes the house edge.
Most of these operators also run more than a casino. Sportsbooks are common, esports betting sits alongside them at several, and CoinPoker's poker room is the clearest example of a separate product line rather than an add-on. The difference matters for bonuses: casino wagering and sportsbook wagering usually count separately, and a rakeback scheme on poker or sports rarely clears a casino match. Ask support which balance a promotion applies to before you deposit against it.
Legal standing, eligibility and age — what we can and can't tell you
These are offshore sites. There is no federal legalization of online casino gaming in the US, and crypto casinos serving US players are licensed in jurisdictions such as Curaçao or Anjouan rather than by any US regulator. Legal, state-regulated online casino gaming exists in only a handful of states — New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island among them — and those regulated operators do not run on crypto. For most US players, offshore crypto casinos sit in a legal grey area. Some states are more explicitly restrictive than others, and operators self-restrict different states, so check your own state's law and the site's own terms before you register.
Minimum age is 18 at some sites and 21 at others, depending on the operator and the rules that apply where you are. The site's terms state its minimum; follow it. Nobody under the applicable minimum should be on these sites or on this one.
US players are technically liable for tax on gambling winnings and on crypto gains. We can point that out; we cannot advise on it. Speak to a qualified tax professional, and treat any legal question the same way. We will not answer emails asking how to get around a geoblock, a state restriction, KYC, anti-money-laundering or sanctions checks, and "no KYC" is not a way to hide income or avoid tax.
Gambling should stay affordable
Only bet money you can afford to lose, and stop when it stops being entertainment. Offshore sites may not offer the deposit limits, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion tools that state-regulated operators are required to provide, and they are not connected to state self-exclusion registers. If gambling is causing you or someone close to you harm, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is available 24/7 on 1-800-GAMBLER. Our responsible gambling resources set out the tools that are worth looking for and how to use them.
Common questions about reaching us
How fast will I get a reply?
We aim for two business days. Corrections with a source attached tend to move fastest because there is less for us to verify.
Can you get my withdrawal released?
No. We have no access to any operator's systems and no authority over them. Go to the casino's support first, then its licensing body. Tell us afterwards so the outcome informs our coverage.
Do you accept payment for a higher ranking?
No. We earn affiliate commission from some operators and disclose it, but position is set editorially. If you want to know why a specific site ranks where it does, ask and we will explain the reasoning.
Will you publish what I send you?
Not as a review or testimonial. We do not publish reader submissions as user reviews. Your message may change what we re-check and what a write-up says, without your name attached.
Who writes this site?
Editorial work here is by Edwin Underwood. There is more on our approach and who we are on the about page, and the rules covering use of the site are in our terms and conditions.
Can you tell me whether a site is legal in my state?
We can tell you that these operators are licensed offshore and not by a US regulator, and that state law varies. We cannot give you a legal opinion on your situation — that is a question for a qualified attorney in your state.
Send it to [email protected], put the casino name in the subject line if there is one, and include a transaction hash or a screenshot where it is relevant. Information on this page is accurate to our last check on Sep 19, 2026; offers and terms move, and we would rather hear about it from you than find it late.
