President´s Budget Request for Fiscal Year 2021

Educators, please read and take action:

On February 10, the White House released the President’s Budget Request for FY21 which seeks to cut numerous programs of critical interest to the Language Enterprise.  In response, JNCL-NCLIS has released an analysis highlighting the Language Enterprise’s top priorities to educate its members.

Take action now by writing to your Congressperson today!  Tell him or her to reject the President’s budget cutting.  They should reject the cuts to the Institute of Education Science and International Education and Foreign Language Programs.

Read JNCL-NCLIS’s full analysis here.
