Conference Registration and Payment 2021

All attendees should register online where you may pay online via credit or debit card or choose to mail a check.

Refunds:
No conference registration refunds (less membership) will be given after October 7, 2021. See our Refund Policy for more information.

Registration & Payment Instructions:

  1. Select the appropriate registration level below.
  2. PSMLA Account: You will be prompted to log in to or create a PSMLA online account prior to checking out.  Current and previous members or account holders should log in or follow the instructions to request your password.
  3. PSMLA Membership: PSMLA Membership is required for this event. Membership is included in non-membership conference registration rates.
  4. Online Payment: This is the preferred payment method to complete your registration.  Major credit and debit cards are accepted, and a PayPal account is not required.
  5. Check Payment: After completing online registration, you may mail a check.  Checks should be postmarked by October 7; after this date, please choose the online payment option.  If payment in being made by a school or university business office, verify that checks are mailed by this date to ensure that registration is complete on time.  Please make checks payable to PSMLA and mail to: Jan Stewart, 1010 Hillcrest Drive, Greensburg, PA 15601. Registration is not complete until your payment by check is received.
  6. Student registration is free for student members (full-time or part-time students, not currently employed as teachers). Please select the Pay by Check option when you register as a student member. Your registration will be confirmed by email after your membership status has been reviewed. You do not need to send a separate payment for the registration.
  7. Confirmation: Registration is acknowledged when you receive an email confirming your registration and payment. If you have not received this email within one week of registration,  check your spam folder. If no email is found, please see the contact information above. The Conference Committee will communicate event materials via the email connected to your membership account.
  8. Note: All registrations and memberships must be paid in full in order to enter the conference venue and access the conference links.

Non-members must purchase a one-year membership prior to checking out.

In registering, you give PSMLA permission to use images taken of you during the conference, and/or anything recorded during the live sessions. You also give PSMLA permission to send PSMLA news and information to your email address, and to share your email address with exhibitors who may contact you prior to the conference only. If you prefer to opt out of photos and videos, please send an email to john@psmla.org
